Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Any item ordered incorrectly or no longer required can be exchanged or refunded as long as the cartridge is returned to us unopened and is in a resalable condition. Any request for a refund or exchange must be within 30 days of the purchase. To request a refund please call us on 0117 971 9834 and we will be more than happy to refund or exchange the cartridge. If there have been any postage charges on your order we will refund this as well.
